Bradley quickly diagnosed my iMac’s problem with the power supply, ordered a new power supply, and had it repaired within a few days. Brad was quick to answer my questions and the overall cost for the repair was very reasonable. It’s nice to know that his quality repair service is close for any future repairs and service.

Brad was fantastic. He solved my problems that I struggled with for days in 30 minutes. He is my go to guy from now on. I wouldn't even try calling Microsoft or AOL, he'll be the person taking charge of my computer issues.

My son had custom gaming that needed to be put together and wired. I originally hired another IT service, Rusty's Computer. He wasn't able to finish putting it together. I brought it to Brad's IT Services. He took it all apart, checked everything. He found damage the other IT did to the computer. I would recommend Brad's IT Services. Bradley has the experience, knowledge and did an excellent for the job. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer discounts to Senior Citizens and active military. We offer competitive pricing on all of our service calls. We offer free consultation for computer repairs, custom builds, security system, home automation, POS systems, and networking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process is broken down into three parts. First, talk to the customer to see what is going on with the product and what you need to have to be done. Make sure that we have a complete understand what is going on and what you need to have done. Second, we talk about the cost and choices that they customer has when it comes to the service they need to have done. Finally, we get the job done for the customer and make sure that they are happy with the job that has been done for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All the employees have been trained in the field that they work in. Brad's IT Services the technicians have continue training in the fields that they work in. Bradley has a BS in Computer Science and Cyber Security. Some of the training our technicians has in TOAST POS systems, HP, and Networking. This is just a few of the areas that our technicians have been trained in.
