Brad's IT Services was founded 15 years ago with just Brad doing computer repairs for family and friends. It became much more over the years. We do computer repair now, but we have expanded to networking, servers, tech support, custom builds, remote work, cellphone repair, POS systems, and many more areas. An area that we have moved into is Home Automation to keep up with the expanding market, we have been working in this area for a little over five years. In the 15 years, Bradley Johnson, the owner of the company, completed his BS of Science in the area of both Information Technology and Cyber Security. Our technicians are always continuing their education to make sure that they are current on the happenings in the computer market. Brad's IT Services believes the customer comes first. I have worked with other IT support providing remote services, and this was, BY FAR, the best. I had a list of problems on my Mac, some quite frustrating. Brad logged in on my computer, and within an hour fixed all of them. He actually accomplished all of this within on hour. I will definitely use him again. You should use him. PS- I never leave reviews.

This is a very belated review. I apologize Brad. When Brad received my iPad, it was more damaged than when I shipped it due to my less than ideal packaging. Brad did an excellent job repairing my iPad. His communication was excellent. The repair was done well, quickly and professionally. Price was fair. I would definitely hire Brad again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer discounts to Senior Citizens and active military. We offer competitive pricing on all of our service calls. We offer free consultation for computer repairs, custom builds, security system, home automation, POS systems, and networking.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The process is broken down into three parts. First, talk to the customer to see what is going on with the product and what you need to have to be done. Make sure that we have a complete understand what is going on and what you need to have done. Second, we talk about the cost and choices that they customer has when it comes to the service they need to have done. Finally, we get the job done for the customer and make sure that they are happy with the job that has been done for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All the employees have been trained in the field that they work in. Brad's IT Services the technicians have continue training in the fields that they work in. Bradley has a BS in Computer Science and Cyber Security. Some of the training our technicians has in TOAST POS systems, HP, and Networking. This is just a few of the areas that our technicians have been trained in.
