- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to Senior Citizens and active military. We offer competitive pricing on all of our service calls. We offer free consultation for computer repairs, custom builds, security system, home automation, POS systems, and networking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is broken down into three parts. First, talk to the customer to see what is going on with the product and what you need to have to be done. Make sure that we have a complete understand what is going on and what you need to have done. Second, we talk about the cost and choices that they customer has when it comes to the service they need to have done. Finally, we get the job done for the customer and make sure that they are happy with the job that has been done for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the employees have been trained in the field that they work in. Brad's IT Services the technicians have continue training in the fields that they work in. Bradley has a BS in Computer Science and Cyber Security. Some of the training our technicians has in TOAST POS systems, HP, and Networking. This is just a few of the areas that our technicians have been trained in.
