Roberto was professional and did a wonderful job bringing life back into our old 1950s pet stained white oak floors. The internet definitely helps many think they can diy this type of project, maybe you can - we almost did, but I know hands down no amount of YouTube/tiktok university could have helped us achieve the results Roberto and his team did. It’s also important to note, especially if you’re starting out, Roberto is a trustworthy contractor. A carpenter was needed to complete part of the job. Roberto took care of all of that as well. I don’t know that carpenter’s name but they did phenomenal job. They made a great team and it shows in our floors.

We are thrilled with how our almost 100 year old floors came out. Roberto was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions in record time and even gave us great suggestions as to how to proceed. He started and finished on time and kept us posted throughout the progress. I cannot recommend Silvamoro Flooring Services highly enough! The photos are of our first floor only. The bedrooms upstairs look just as good. Would definitely hire again!!!

every single job is based on the square footage. smaller jobs cost more by the foot compared with bigger jobs.breaking down the job in different fases will end up costing more plus it is always better to get the whole floors coated at once.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listening for his doubts explanation of the process. always realist about the best option. always flexible with schedule. work around the client schedule not the other way around.sometimes floors conditions allows to get a "buff and coat " which saves time and money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
took many classes over the years ( distributors, manufacturers) but certain things only come with the experience in the field
