- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the measured square footage of the surfaces being cleaned, so every quote is calculated the same way for every customer. Quotes are provided before any work begins, and the price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Customers who bundle multiple services on the same visit often see savings compared to scheduling them separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation about your property and the services you need. From there we prepare a written quote based on measured square footage, so you know the exact price before any work is scheduled. Once you approve the quote, we set a service date that works for you and confirm it in advance. On service day our technicians arrive in uniform, complete the work, and document it with before and after photos. Afterward we follow up to make sure everything met your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
American Safe Wash was Connecticut's first SoftWash Systems authorized company. Our owner went on to train exterior cleaning professionals across the country in professional soft washing methods. That expertise is built into how we train our own team: every technician learns our documented procedures for matching low pressure and the correct cleaning solutions to each surface, whether roofing, siding, decking, or concrete, before working on a customer's home.
