- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is to guide them through their process so that there aren't any surprises. Remaining with the customer before, during and after the training is crucial for their success. We also determine their need and purpose for training, then blending the required training to accommodate that purpose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Firearms: Beginner and advanced training First Aid, CPR & AED: Beginner and advanced training Security: Certified by the CT State Police
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of customers we have worked with greatly range from novice to advanced. We have trained hospital nurses, personal trainers, professional bodyguards, and other lay-persons, depending on their needs (CPR, Armed Security, etc).
