- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bring a second organizer and we work with clients for a minimum of four hours per session, the sweet spot where you feel accomplished, but not exhausted. I charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free 20 minute phone consultation, during which I'll learn more about your space, your challenges, and your vision of success. You will also have the chance to ask me questions to see if I am the right fit for you! Sessions are a minimum of four hours in length.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have achieved Professional status within NAPO, our national organization, requiring a set of coursework and I have a certificate in Residential Organizing. I also continually take educational courses.
