I price per the time it will take. I am always fair for what the job consists of time to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If materials need purchased I like them to provide or funds for the job to begin. Also very important we sit and agree what needs to be done and laid out on a spread sheet. This way everything is done how the customer needs it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school for carpentry. After that I renovated apartments. After that I went and worked for a drywall company doing sheet rocking and taping. Now for the last 18 years I am became a caulking, waterproofing, concrete repair expert. Basements leaking. Crack concrete repair Air vapor building envelope.
