Eric is great. He has already fixed one problem we had and part of the second. He’s coming back to finish and will also do another job we requested. He responded the same day and set up a time to come over. We’re very happy also have another day set up to complete the work. I contacted Roy Home Services because I needed a couple of panels replaced on a stockade fence. Eric was in touch with me immediately. We made an appointment for him to see what needed to be done. He arrived on time, and all went really well after that. He took care of the repair beautifully, took the old pieces away in his truck and went above and beyond to make a couple of cosmetic adjustments which added to my appreciation of his work. I will definitely contact Eric again!
