Total bath system was the most reasonable quote I got. From their lifetime warranty to their one stop shop service ability, to their financing options, which is what truly made this project. Doable, I knew this was the place to go. I had some challenging questions for my salesman, but without hesitation, he was able to answer them on the spot honestly. The crew was here for one day, when they saw the problem that was unfolded when they took my old shower out, instead of stopping the job and creating a problem they just knew it needs to be fixed and did what needed to be done. The installers took a great time and care to show me exactly what was wrong and explain to me why it happened in addition to the measures that they took to go above and beyond, simply fixing it, but to ensure that it was sturdy and safe as if it was their own home. In addition to just doing the bathroom, I was able to ask the installers questions about further projects down the road with how to go about doing certain things, and he was extremely knowledgeable in sharing information to help me out to a point of where I actually called back to total bath system to speak to their production manager to give serious. Kudos about the installers at my house. Anytime I spoke with anybody from the office at Total bath system, they were extremely knowledgeable regarding my project and extremely eager to help me get answers to my questions. This company has been more than thorough in terms of their customer service, they reached out the day of to make sure that the crew was there, midday to see how the job was going and if they needed to come back for a second day, as well as not only the following Monday, but several times since the job has been completed to make sure that I was still happy with the work. As a single income, homeowner, I wasnt really sure how much the bathroom should cost, but had a rough idea in my head of what I wanted to feel comfortable spending on it, total bath system pretty much felt right into line with where I wanted to be. But they also helped me understand. Im not just fixing a problem, but Im investing in my future. My future of the equity of my house. There is nobody better in the business than total bath system in my opinion.
