- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when working with a new customer an initial appointment is scheduled. During this appointment (which is usually about 15-20 minutes in length) the needs of the customer are reviewed, pricing is provided, a complete overview of the procedures of Elite are provided and any questions or concerns the customer has are addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined, are staff has over fifty years experience in the cleaning industry. Experience is key in this field! Our company takes pride in constantly educating our staff on new and more efficient procedures to make your home or office sparkle clean.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Elite works with both residential and commercial customers.
