- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the number of HVAC systems it has. We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers and occasionally run seasonal promotions as well. There are no hidden fees—any additional services or recommendations are always discussed and approved by you before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation where we gather details about your home’s size and HVAC system(s). We then provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the job, our certified technicians arrive on time, conduct a thorough inspection, and perform the cleaning using professional-grade equipment. After the work is complete, we review everything with you and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the air duct cleaning industry since 2019 and have developed extensive hands-on experience over the years. I previously worked with two reputable companies—Everclean Air and Vently Air—where I consistently ranked as the top technician in revenue, positive customer reviews, and overall performance. My training includes in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, proper cleaning techniques, and customer service best practices, all of which ensure a high-quality, professional experience for every client.
