Vitor was very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job on my Dad’s house. There were parts of the house that had a lot of mildew and he was able to clean it perfectly. He now has the cleanest house on the street!

Vitor did an excellent job installing my interior door. The door I purchased was too big due to measuring incorrectly. He cut the door to the right size, painted, installed hardware and doorknobs. He even ran out to purchase a plate so the knob would fit just right. It looks great. He save me a lot of time and lost money because I didn't have to wait weeks by ordering another door. I am very grateful and would definitely hire him again.

I had a very positive experience working with Vitor Mendes from Global Maintenance who cleaned my gutters earlier today. I found it easy to reach him and work out the details of the job. His arrival was prompt. His manner was courteous and professional. The small details say a lot about someone: his truck was immaculate; his ladders had stabilizers; he took pictures of the work (that I could not easily see). And, his price was competitive. Vitor is not subcontracting his work, so he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Few things can beat the satisfaction one experiences when working with a local, excellent contractor!

Vitor is a great contractor he has done multiple jobs at my house and I have zero complains about him , I hired him again to do another job next week that’s how good he is
