Be able to install lock properly.
Alex worked on the installation for approximately 3 hours before saying he could not figure out how to properly install the lock.
we returned the lock to Home Depot.
Alex picked out another lock. We returned to my home and he installed this lock.
once he completed installing the lock the storm door would not close due to the lock protruding and not allowing the storm door to securely close.
I told Alex to remove the new lock and put the original lock back on the door.
He placed the original lock back on the door.
I was left with my original door lock.
I paid him even though he did not do the job as expected.
