We noticed that some of the bricks on our chimney were actually chipped and damaged over this past winter so we reached out and had them come give us an estimate and Im so glad we did because we needed a full take down and replacement! The entire process from start to finish was great, professional and was able to be completed rather quickly and other than a great looking chimney you would have no idea any work was even done because they cleaned up and took everything with them which I always appreciate! Thank you for a job well done! 10/10 would definitely recommend

We couldnt be any happier with the service. Kiernan came out to our home the same day we called. We had a completely different experience with Top Tier Chimney compared to other chimney companies we've had out to our home in the past. We were having complications with the venting of our oil furnace, Kiernan inspected the flue from top to bottom and throughly explained to us what was going on. Kiernan came back the next day to install a stainless steel liner and had us back up and running safely. Very professional company.

It was so simple ~ I called and left a message. Received a call back right away and booked the service the same day. Mike arrived right on time, even took his shoes off in my all carpet house and went right to work. Before I knew it he was done cleaning my chimney and out the door. There was not even a of Top Tier being in my home with the exception an ash and creosote free chimney. GREAT JOB and please, book me for next year!
