We were completely satisfied with the promptness and attention to detail provided by Freeman Billiard Service. They arrived slightly ahead of time at the original location, and worked quickly and efficiently. Carl and his son clearly have years of professional experience behind them. They worked steadily and surely to disassemble, move, reassemble and set up our slate table. Although it didn't need re-felting, if anything, the table was smoother and more level than before they moved it. They were very pleasant and courteous, and very neat in their work. They sited the table for maximum clearance all around, and basically assured that we'll have many years of quality use from this table. We would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a billiard table moved or serviced.

Quick and efficient service. Watching them put the table back together was a learning experience for me. They suggested that the rail bumpers be replaced because they were hard.
I feel their service charge was very reasonable for replacement of the bumpers and taking apart and reassembling the pool table.
Everything was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool table service.
