- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the most competitive pricing in the market. Most jobs we present you with a fixed price. Some jobs will be charged a trip fee and an hourly price after the first hour. On rare occasions we present you with a quote with every small detail explained as needed, and everything itemized on the invoice. We have no hidden fees or conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive your work request, then our team of friendly and professional dispatchers respond to your work request within a few minutes. We will converse and establish what the job scope is and offer you a pricing plan. Once we receive your confirmation on the price, scope of work, and availability, our skilled and professional technicians will be notified and briefed, and will arrive at the customer's location at the agreed upon timeframe. Appointment Policy 1. If you cannot keep the appointment, or if you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, we require that you call at least more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointed time, or if you miss the appointment, there will be a $55 cancellation fee. 2. Please do not open your item boxes, let the technician take care of that for you. Otherwise, we cannot accept any liability in case of missing or damaged parts, there will be a $65 travel fee for the technician went they have to return for the missing or damaged parts. 3. We do not provide haul away and/or moving services during Handyman appointments. Please make sure your item is already in the room/place where you want it assembled/installed before the appointment. If your item needs moving and therefore leads to the cancellation of the appointment, a $55 cancellation fee will be charge. 4. After the job is done, the technician can only put the trash in your property's trash bin, but the technician cannot haul away or remove any of the trash or the packaging. 5. Trash haul away and/or moving services can be arranged but need to arranged and priced before job confirmation.
