I have a desire to please and a flair for fusing flavors. I relocated from the UK where I enjoyed the success of my catering business Elegant Occasions which took me into the intimacy of client's homes and allowed me the privilege of preparing mouth watering meals much to their delight. Having experienced the cultures of both Europe and the Caribbean, my food reflects the vibrant flavors and spices elegantly blended with the finesse of gourmet presentation.

Thomas catered an annual association dinner. There are not enough superlatives to describe how good the food was. We would recommend him to everyone.

Honestly, this evening went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Food was amazing, Thomas and Ann were both engaging and perfect hosts, and the setup was beautiful. A few days prior to the event Ann had asked me if I had figured out the table settings. I had not. She said no worries, she had it taken care of. What she designed looked like someone had cut out a picture from a Pottery Barn catalog dining room design. Also should add that one guest said it was the best prepared duck he had ever had. We will be calling Thomas and Ann again, you should too. No doubts on that.

Amazing! Delicious! Accommodating! Thomas is fantastic to work with and the presentation of what he cooks is stunning. Thomas cooked for our family of 12 for an Anniversary dinner. I could not have been more delighted by everything about the dinner. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. Thomas and Ann ( his lovely wife) were great to work with and talk to and we will definitely use them again! I highly recommend Thomas for your catering needs. Thank you Thomas (and Ann) for a wonderful evening!
