Hired Josh at Falcon Sky Media to shoot listing photos for a one bedroom rental unit in Chicopee. Easy from the first message. He quoted a flat price up front, held it, and there were no surprise add ons at the end. Scheduling was simple and he worked around a tight window. We had a tenant taking possession at noon on shoot day and he got in, shot the unit, and wrapped before the handoff. No meet required either. I sent the door code that morning and he handled the rest. Turnaround was fast. Edited photos came back quickly in high resolution plus smaller web versions, so they were ready to post to the rental sites with no extra work on my end. He also delivered a 2D floor plan. The editing is clean and accurate, no artificial sky, which matters to me on rental listings. I run a portfolio with turnovers throughout the year and I plan to use him again.
