I hired Steve to take a look at my rental property with mice infestation issue. He responded to me in less than five minutes and took time to explain the process and estimate cost based on pictures. Steven is really responsive and professional! I like his idea about preventing animals coming into the house, building exterior barriers and not using any chemicals. He found the bats in my home and took them away, also sealed the house carefully to prevent mice getting in. Will hire him again if there is any similar problem (though hopefully no)!

Steve is a pro. Answered promptly showed up on time and did the job exactly as described. Waiting for spring when he will remove the bat exclusion tubes and hopefully the bat situation is resolved. Would absolutely recommend him.
