Steven is really responsive and professional! I like his idea about preventing animals coming into the house, building exterior barriers and not using any chemicals. He found the bats in my home and took them away, also sealed the house carefully to prevent mice getting in. Will hire him again if there is any similar problem (though hopefully no)!
