We recently hired Illyrian Development Inc. to remodel our deck and basement, and the results absolutely exceeded our expectations l. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented.
The deck looks stunning - beautiful craftsmanship and built to last. The basement was transformed into a warm, functional space that's now one of our favorite areas in the house. Every part of the process was smooth and stress-free. They stayed on schedule, kept the workspace clean, and showed real pride in their work.

awesome work! i remodeled my bathroom that was outdated, including new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity and new toilet. my bathroom feels and looks clean and beautiful. highly recommend!!!

I recently bough a condo and wanted to remodel an outdated bathroom. Luka did a great job from the floor to the shower. I love my new shower compared to the old blue tub. He was quick to respond, gave great suggestions and the bathroom came out beautiful. Would recommend!!

Recently built a new home and i used illyrian for my bathroom. They built everything starting from floor tiles to light fixtures. The guys are super skilled and great at what they do.
