Brian was very responsive and went to the trouble to look up my refrigerator model in advance of his first visit to check on the availability of parts. He called me right away to let me know that the specific refrigerator we have did not issue replacement parts. Disappointing to find out it’s y fixable, but I really appreciate Brian’s honesty and that he spared us the cost of a service visit by just doing a bit of research beforehand and calling me right away— thank you, Brian, and hope to use your service again!
