Just had my roof done by About Time. Full week of work and the nicest crew ever. They cleaned the area thouroughly at the end of each day. The boss was available for questions and came to the site every day. Very nice job!

The entire roof was replaced in one day. They arrived when they said they would and did a very professional job. I was informed throughout the day as to how they were progressing and if there were any issues. My property was left in good shape after completion. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not one of these larger companies with tons of overhead so we pass this savings on to the customer. You won’t see us on billboards, buses, or commercials we operate strictly through leads and word of mouth. Every job is managed by the owner who is onsite and a professional builder himself so he is prepared to tackle any unforeseen circumstances that may be encountered installing your roof and at the same time for an extremely competitive price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with a home visit. During this visit, we are going to get up on your roof and take pictures of various parts of your roof. When we come down, we will use these pictures to review with you any causes for concern or recommendations that we might make to help your project come out with the best possible result. We will then show you all the materials we use as an Owens Corning preferred contractor and then give you a price right there on the spot. We also offer no money down financing and can get you approved in less than five minutes on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company that is on site on every job is experienced in every aspect of building a home from pouring the foundation to the chimney cap. If any unforeseen issues arise during the installation of your roof, he is there to handle them on the spot, no need for another quote from another professional we can do it. With over 18 years experience building homes this is no problem for us.
