- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing that allows us to use top-quality materials backed by a 50-year manufacturer warranty, while still keeping projects affordable for our customers. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, and we also offer referral credits as a thank-you to customers who recommend us to friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by contacting the customer to introduce ourselves and understand their needs. Next, we schedule a visit with one of our representatives to inspect the property, document all visible damage with photos, and take detailed measurements. After the inspection, we determine whether the customer qualifies to file an insurance claim or if a retail option makes more sense. For retail projects, we aim to provide a detailed estimate within 3 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team regularly attends training events hosted by GAF and other major roofing, siding, and materials manufacturers to stay up to date on new products, installation methods, and best practices for reroofing and exterior work. We are fully licensed and insured, holding all required HIC licenses and Certificates of Insurance. As GAF Preferred Contractors, we meet strict standards for quality and professionalism. In addition, our inspectors complete both in-house and external training to ensure they are knowledgeable, experienced, and properly prepared for every project.
