Allen was professional right from the time we made our first contact. He was responsive to emails and calls. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, he arrived on time and installed the toilet as well as a flushing system in another. He came well prepared for the job. He left our bathrooms extremely clean and picked up after himself. Most definitely will hire him for other projects.
