- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are no cost and no obligation to the customer. The price of the fence install or repair will be provided after the on-site estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to first schedule a date/time for our technician to visit the location where the fence will be installed. The customer will be provided an estimate that is inclusive of material cost, labor for installation and applicable sales taxes. Once the customer decides to proceed, we will work directly with the customer to determine a date for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation crews have over 15 years of experience installing fences of all kinds - wood, vinyl, ornamental, chain link, hog wire and deer fencing.
