Introduction: My journey as a health and fitness professional began more than 13 years ago when he graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness. While working as a personal trainer and an EMT with the FDNY I learned that most people are well intentioned and truly want a better quality of life, however are unaware of the steps necessary to become the best version of themselves. I soon after started a personal training business, with a main goal of teaching that health and fitness can be attained without it taking over your life.

I've been working with Frank 1-1 for the past 4 years, both in person and virtually. Frank has a comprehensive understanding of the human body, it's composition, and how to optimize it. I began working with Frank after experiencing a lower back injury and as a former athlete I wanted to get back on the field/court/golf course ASAP. Within 4 weeks of hard work I was able to increase my mobility, endurance, and strength. Frank brings structure and discipline that you will need to overcome your mental/physical goals. Starting with the core and building strength from there you will no doubt fee more energy and confidence after a couple sessions. I've recommended Frank not only to friends but family members as well, highly recommend!

A few years ago, I had destroyed my back through work. I'd also gained an epic amount of weight because physical exercise had become so difficult to do for any duration of time. After working with Frank consistently, I was able to drop 10-20 pounds, start putting on muscle, and completely fix my back. I haven't had this much energy since I was 21. I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm more level headed in my relationships, energetic with my girl, and I'm crushing it at work. It's essentially everything I was hoping to get out of personal training. Frank Rizzo is not a miracle worker. He doesn't promote BS cure-alls. If you want to get results, he'll hold you accountable, but you'll have to do the work. Thankfully, however, Frank Rizzo actually understands what makes the human body tick, and he gets real results out of you. He's also friendly and professional. His communication skills are superb. I've been working with him for years, and I can think of only one time he had to cancel. That's pretty impressive given how many clients he has, and the fact he's a family man. Highly recommended for anyone with a good attitude who is willing to do the work.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I believe consistency is the key to accomplishing any fitness goal. I provide discounts that reward consistency. (Package of 10 or 20 sessions)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With all new clients, during the first session we discus your goals, eating habits, medical history, exercise history and anything else that may affect your progress. I will also walk you through a full body assessment to identify muscular imbalances and issues. This information will help me create an efficient and effective workout program for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I possess a BS in Health and Wellness as well as a NCSF corrective exercise certification. In the past I worked as a certified EMT for the FDNY, which gave me extensive additional knowledge of the human body.
