Thumbtack Review for Pitchfork Custom Tuning
★★★★★ 5/5 stars
I recently hired Richard from Pitchfork Custom Tuning to tune my piano, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Richard was incredibly prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and he was flexible with scheduling, offering weekend hours that worked perfectly with my schedule. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment, which I greatly appreciated.
His expertise was evident the moment he began working on my piano. He clearly has extensive knowledge and experience. The difference in my piano's sound before and after his tuning is remarkable - each note now rings true and the overall tone is so much richer.
What really stood out was Richard's courteous and professional demeanor. He treated my home and instrument with respect, and his attention to detail shows he truly cares about his craft.
If you need pianotuning services, look no further than Pitchfork Custom Tuning. Richard is a true expert in his field, and I'll definitely be calling him for all my future piano maintenance needs.

Richard responded quickly, arrived punctually, explained the job fully and was neat and professional. He was able to tune a piano that hadn’t been tuned in decades. His price was more than reasonable and I made another appointment in 6 months.
