I'm not the most expensive but I'm also not the cheapest. I give quality work and service and for what I know I can provide; you are getting the deal of a lifetime.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what my clients needs and wants are. Come up with a plan of action. Order materials and start working on that project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in this industry. I have a lot of experience. I know how to do pretty much everything and if I'm unable to do it for whatever reason I have a long list of reliable contractors I can refer as well.
