Diana has been amazing to work with. We hired her for a pretty large and overwhelming renovation which we had some general ideas for. She was able to take our ideas, consider our family's needs and lifestyle and come up with incredible options. We worked with Diana on our recent full-house renovation, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The project included relocating bathrooms, creating a new bathroom, redesigning the kitchen layout, and reworking several other rooms throughout the house.
Diana worked closely with us to explore multiple layout and design options, always keeping in mind how our home would function best for our family. She completed all plans in a timely manner and prepared everything for town permit submission. Our permits were approved very quickly, which made the process even smoother.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job and length of time, I can do hourly rate or a fixed fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial meeting is on site to meet with the customer and to see the project. I provide a services proposal in the following days, and if contracted, would be able to start right away. I like to give weekly updates, and sending images/pdfs of what I'm working on to keep the process going. I am also available by text, so easy to get a quick answer from me.
