- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based on the details of your project. We price material based on customer needs and preferences. We offer veteran and senior discounts for full reroof and full siding jobs, the discount is taken off of the total project estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to discuss their needs, goals and target budget. We plan out their project and present a preliminary estimate. We talk about options and different strategies to complete their project. When they choose to work with us we present financing options (as needed) and discuss a time frame and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully trained and licensed in our field of expertise. We go above and beyond to attain special manufacturer certifications for the brands we trust.
