Carolyn was simply AMAZING! I would give her and her staff a 5 out of 5 ( plus a few bonus stars).She was very organized and responded quickly to messages. She was quick on her feet and smoothly managed a few curve balls we threw her way. She created a beautiful bar setup that matched the theme of our wedding. She was great at helping me feel calm during the stresses of planning a wedding. I highly recommend her and her staff. I will definitely hire her again if we ever throw another party. She went above and beyond to make our wedding go off without a hitch! I am so grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and warm personality. SHE IS THE BEST LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

We had Mixology Mixers serve at our Corporate Picnic and they were such a lovely and elevated addition to our event. The drinks were delicious and the presentation of the garnishes and fruits were a lovely touch. Highly recommend using Mixology Mixers!

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Carolyn and Matt from Mixology Mixers! Carolyn was very helpful and got back to me quickly with any questions I had.
The bar setup with BEAUTIFUL. We also loved the mocktail option for our friends that wanted an non-alcoholic option. (Plus it made for a beautiful spread on top of the bar.)
Matt was friendly, professional, and our wedding guests loved him. We would highly recommend. Thanks again!!

Excellent bartending team! Great custom drink selection. We worked with mixology mixers on our wedding. They were great at identifying how much alcohol we would need and also with working with us to identify the types of alcohol we would need. The mixed drinks were good and really made the event feel customized.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the party, and the length of party/event.
Other considerations affecting pricing:
* Weekday vs. weekend and holiday rates
* Millage (may or may not be included depending on distance).
* Grocery shopping for event needs and hours spent shopping.
* Whether a tip jar is allowed.
* What equipment or products I supply.
* Extra time spent on consulting and shopping.
* Mobile bar set up including linens and all bar accessories.
I provide an agreement form that will outline all of this in detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will quickly respond via Thumbtack, phone or email to ensure clear communication and that your expectations are being met. Whatever is best for you! I will start out with a Q and A to find out what your needs are. I will send all the details we will discuss in an agreement form to outline and confirm expectations.
