- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each bride and her wedding is unique, therefore we do not offer packaged or predetermined choices. Regardless of your budget, our focus is to listen closely to your thoughts and visions and use them to create an atmosphere that exceeds your expectations. We do not wish to overwhelm you with personal creativity or personal taste, because we understand that it's not our wedding day, it's yours. We listen, offer suggestions and help you create an atmosphere and ambiance that embodies your personal vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact us and determine if your event date and time is still available. You can do this by email, text or phone. You can then schedule a consultation with us. Your initial consultation is complimentary. During this consultation we will help you set your goals, listen to your ideas and discuss your budget. If you should book with us we will then schedule a sample centerpiece consultation if necessary and then 4 to 5 weeks before the event we will have a final appointment to go over all of the details. I would love you to bring your vision, colors of your dress, bridesmaids dresses, and or pictures you have found that reflect your style to the consultation. If you have a pinterest board that is really helpful to bring along. We will walk you through the entire selection and flower design process and help you with everything. You do not need to know what you need or want. We will help you with everything. It is a very stress free and relaxing appointment that will leave you feeling relieved and confident about your flowers for one of the most beautiful days of your life.
