I have known Tony for approximately 15 years. During that time he has built a deck, a porch, recreated a sunroom, tiled a backsplash and multiple floors, painted various structures/rooms, built a greenhouse and most recently a custom fence with gate. He works when he says he will and always hits the agreed-upon budget. I look forward to many more years of trusted improvements to my home.

I had a bathroom from the 1970's complete with a blue tab and tile. All the tiles along the tub were falling out and leaking. I called Bathfitters, and they wanted an exorbinate amount to fix it. Tony came out and gave me some fantastic ideas. First of all, he suggested we retain the blue tub, which I wanted to do, and which makes the bathroom unique. Then he suggested a bring in a neutral wall tile, BUT add aborder of blue tile that would match the bathtub and bring the room together. He also quoted me for a new floor, painting the wall, installing a new toilet, and moving and reinstalling a heavy cabinet. He work was impeccable. He was always on time. He price was unbelievably less than Bathfitters to do all the work. He also did extra work, like personally refinishing some work along the border of the shower. He went out of his way to do an amazing job. I would highly recommend him for his attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to work with the client.

Tony seemed to be a great guy. He came to our house in the early fall of 2016. He agreed to do piece work renovations of our newly purchased foreclosure, which included a backsplash in our kitchen, remodel of our small bathroom (55 sq. ft) and installation of a new exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom. (There was an existing fan, but it did not work at all). Tony provided a fair project cost estimate to me via email. He indicated that he’d be able to begin working for us shortly. I tried to contact him regarding a start date for the projects, but he didn’t seem to have the time to begin anything. I texted him begging him to just make time only to install the upstairs bathroom exhaust fan, since it was getting cold opening the window to let out the shower steam. (We didn’t want mold and moisture, so each time we showered, we opened the bathroom window since the fan didn’t work). After I told him how cold we were opening the window in October, Tony agreed to show up and install the exhaust fan. He came to our house one Saturday around Halloween 2016. I had the flu so my husband met with Tony. Tony installed the bathroom fan that we’d already purchased. The work cost us $350, which I thought was a bit high. My husband asked Tony when he might be able to start working on the other projects. Tony said that he had some other pending work obligations, but he’d definitely be in touch with my husband right after Thanksgiving (2016). *We have never heard a word from Tony again*. We were quite disappointed, because we really wanted our guest bathroom renovated and were willing to wait until Christmastime or beyond - even late winter. We were also dismayed because Tony really seemed to be a nice person who was honest and down-to-earth. He was actually was willing to do piece-work, (many aren’t) and his bathroom reno estimate was actually resonable. We have no idea why Tony simply disappeared after comitting to help us with our projects and telling us he’d be in touch right after Thanksgiving 2016. As I said, it’s been over a year and neither one of us has ever heard one word back from Tony. (He had both my number and my husband’s). I wonder why.
