Had a hairline crack in my foundation which was leaking water every time it rained. Has not leaked since the repair was made. Didn’t shop around for prices because I thought the quote I was given seemed reasonable, and the reviews were good. Happy with my decision. My only critique would be slow communication. But he showed up when he was supposed to and did a good job, at what I thought seemed to be a fair price.

We have had water in our basement for over 30 years. When the foundation was poured the opening for the hatchway door was wrong. Contractor had to cut it with a saw and has been a water problem ever since. rain storm after rainstorm we had to use a shop vac to remove the water from our basement. Rich's professionalism and knowledge to solve our problem was more than we could have asked for.
