With almost 40 years of experience as a technologist, I have seen it all, and have fixed it. I specialize in Apple products but can handle just about anything. Matt is absolutely amazing. Because I was a college student, he gave me a reduced price for the phone call which I really needed at the time, he really accommodated me. He was absolutely wonderful in helping me with my issues and actually set me up with extra few take-aways, just because. I appreciate his responsiveness and he was with me to the end to tackle my computer problems. Very patient guy with a great personality. You won’t be at all disappointed with him !!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's fair and I get great discounts on parts which I pass along. Tipping is always allowed (kidding).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get a feel for the level of comfort with technology that each customer has. I take notes about the configuration of the computer and I get a general feel for the way the customer likes to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working on computers when hard drives (and disk drives) hadn't even been invented yet, so all of my knowledge comes from my work.
