I was in a bind when my usual pet sitter was hospitalized and Judy with Snaggle Foot stepped in and rescued me!! I am always nervous with a new cat sitter because I have an aggressive male cat that can be very scary for some sitters. Judy was not fazed by his behavior and I returned home with everything in good order. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them if my current sitter is unavailable. i am absolutely thrilled I found snagglefoot! Judy and jackie came over before to get all my specifics about dog sitting our 4 papplions. It put my mind at ease. I was even left a note the day jackie dog sat explaining how everything went. I will definitely be hiring them again and again!

I can highly recommend Snaggle Foot Dog Walks and Pet Care. I originally hired Judy and her team to walk my little dog once a week, but as you all know plans change and the need became greater than 1 x a week. Judy was very flexible and was able to walk/feed calie to accommodate the extra days/times. there was one time when I needed someone overnight, Judy took my dog to her home for an over night stay. She was so relaxed and happy coming home. If you need a dog walker/dog sitter I can highly recommend Snaggle Foot. If I had not relocated I would still be using them today.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer every tenth visit free so our frequent customers have a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone first and then meet the customer and their pet(s) in their home. At that time we go over all of the details for the services requested. At the customer's request we also have the walker/sitter assigned to them come over to meet them as well (at no charge).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the industry through reading, online information, and networking with other pet care professionals.
