- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer every tenth visit free so our frequent customers have a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone first and then meet the customer and their pet(s) in their home. At that time we go over all of the details for the services requested. At the customer's request we also have the walker/sitter assigned to them come over to meet them as well (at no charge).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the industry through reading, online information, and networking with other pet care professionals.
