I was disappointed with my experience. The finished gate has large gaps on both sides that I’m not happy with. The company acknowledged my concerns and promised to come back and fix the issue, but despite multiple follow-ups, they never did. Communication was good at first but became inconsistent after the installation. I expected better workmanship and, more importantly, for them to stand behind their work and follow through on what they promised.
