Brown roofing replaced my roof just a few months ago and did a wonderful job! The sales rep showed up on time for the initial appointment and kept in constant contact with me throughout. The crew was very polite and got the job done in ONE DAY! They will be my roofers for life!

I am not sure about their work but the rating is on the customer service. They called me so many times back to back but when I called them back the girl had to take my info to get someone to call me back...that makes no sense what so ever. Then when I did get a call back I spoke to the same girl. Then she said "well do you want someone to come or not?" How rude! I told her, you know what, with that attitude I will give my money to another company and that is what I did.

We offer same day discounts, price assurance guarantee, transferable roof warranty, and $500 off full roof replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to have one of our sales representatives come out to the property to asses the damage and/or what is needed to be done. They will then provide a FREE estimate. From there, if the customer decides to go with our company we can schedule the service to be done as soon as possible.
