Mr. Torri came to our house two days after I spoke with him on the phone. We discussed what we had in mind, and he offered several suggestions to,improve what we were thinking. He took measurements and quoted a price on the spot. When we agreed and gave him a deposit he said he would be back within two weeks. He called that he was ready a little over a week later, and installed exactly what we agreed upon. We are completely satisfied with the job.
