I contacted the owner over the weekend to schedule an appointment regarding shutting off and draining the outside water faucets. One of my faucets would not shut off, so I needed to call in an expert. James explained to me that I had a frost-free faucet. He was the first plumber I have dealt with in decades who explained everything in laymans terms. I will definitely hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future. They are reliable, professional, reasonably priced and arrive on time!
