I had a wonderful experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From my initial phone call, they were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering my questions even though I called several times before they came out. I later learned that the sweet woman answering the phone was the plumbers sister, which made me appreciate even more that this is a family business. They found and fixed an odd leak in my basement ceiling, explained everything along the way, and charged a very fair price. I was so worried about what this repair might involve, but they made the entire experience painless and even educational, and I am very happy and relieved.
