- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I like to set aside some time to talk about the project. This helps me determine what kind of rapport we will share and if the project is right for me. Its important for me to feel confident I will successfully complete the job and provide a high level of customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple certifications and licenses in my trade including a universal EPA Certification and an S1 unlimited heating and cooling contractor from the state of CT. I graduated from Porter and Chester Institute June of 2009 and continue to pursue higher education in my field. I am currently in the process of wrapping up a business degree I started twenty years ago "Better late than never" !!!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
About 18 years ago I was renting a small apartment attached to the side of my grandmothers house. I had just made it home from work. At that time I was selling shoes for Big 5 sporting goods. A friend of the family had stopped by to see my grandmother and probably noticed me slouched on the couch like Al Bundy staring at the TV. His name was Pete Hammond, he asked me if I wanted to learn something ? I responded yes he said "be at work Monday morning at 7:00 o'clock" so here I am eighteen plus years later.
