The mission of All Decked Out LLC is to provide a reputable and honest alternative to doing business. Chris and the team at All Decked Out installed a beautiful deck for us in the spring of 2018. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish, from giving a quote all the way to permit approval. They were so friendly and accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They gave us a very fair price, especially for the impeccable workmanship they provided. We are so happy we chose All Decked Out, and cannot wait for our next project with them.

Chris and his crew did outstanding work. I had 10 contractors bid my my job. All Decked Out was not the least expensive, or really even close, but I selected them because of all the groups, they were the most professional during the quote process and could handle all aspects of our job. The town building inspector gave us an impossible time, but Chris handled it in stride. The work is outstanding and the deck is built to survive a nuclear winter.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep a running price list on most items, and update as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls us to set up an appointment at their home. I bring samples and we discuss options at that time. I take measurements and will email a full quote with the options we discussed. If all looks good I collect a deposit and we sign a contract. Work gets started ASAP and we continue until the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with all the major manufactures. I go to any and all classes they offer to keep current.
