FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates for mediation and limited scope cases. I charge hourly fees for cases that are hard to determine the amount of hours needed. I generally take an initial retainer and bill against that retainer. However, the initial retainer is determined by your individual needs and case. We offer payment plans and will work with you to make payments. Finances should not be a barrier to experienced and necessary legal representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a half hour to an hour to do a full intake and devise a strategy for success with your legal problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
