- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms for pricing, there is no "one size fits all". Our prices/quote depends on the house/office space to be cleaned. When estimating our prices, we do consider the time involved to clean as well. For instance, the time involved to do a basic house cleaning differs from a deep clean or a move in/out. We do offer discounts for new clients and recurring clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our client onboarding process is usually documented for a clearer communication and reference purpose. Our new clients are usually requested to fill a document that comprises of some important questions. Such as the nature of service they expect from us, are they pets in their home? Can they be chained while we clean? How do they want to give us access to their home/facility and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with professional cleaning services before now. Being a cleaner, I have the right training needed to deliver top-quality cleaning to all my clients.
