I had an unexpected expense (Car problems) I had to postpone the service call. I got an unpleasant message stating I shouldn't contact them again. Very unprofessional!

Linda never had a scheduled serviced or signed contract with TSM Remodeling. She received a reasonable estimate for the repairs, and then didn't want to proceed due to cost. Thumbtack was notified and they refunded the lead fee Our Company was charged and deemed us not liable.
