- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At YARD YOGI we pride ourselves in quality! In order to do this, we must price accordingly. While we may be more expensive than other company’s… you pay for what you get. That being said, we are able to meet a variety of budgets using a little bit of creativity!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to book a call to see if we are a good fit. If we are, then we set up a consultation with Ben, our designer. Here we will discuss what you want to get out of your property, and Ben gives his input for different visions for the space. Once you both agree on a vision, he can create a design if necessary. A proposal will be sent for the work discussed. Once approved, the project will be scheduled and materials will be selected. Then sit back and what your landscape transform into something new!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of a variety of members with varying expertise. For instance we have an in house designer and master stone mason!
