- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My in-home, personalized sessions start at $80 per session, with pricing adjusted for travel, session length, or small group training. Each session is tailored to your goals, ensuring safe, effective, and results-driven movement. Investing in your health is the most important choice you can make — and I make it easy, private, and focused on your long-term vitality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How I work with new clients: 1. Initial Consultation (20–30 min): A private meeting/video/phone call to get to know you, discuss your goals, and review any limitations or injuries. This helps me design a personalized program that fits your lifestyle and needs. 2. Commitment to a Training Block: To ensure meaningful progress and safety, I work with clients in minimum blocks of 10 sessions, typically scheduled 2–3 times per week. Shorter or sporadic sessions are rarely effective for lasting results. 3. First Session: We begin your personalized program the following week after our initial consultation. Each session is designed to be private, focused, and results-driven. Payment: Payment for the first training block is due at the start of your first session.
