I have been working out with Mihaela for several weeks now: this is what I have to say: working with a woman who is focused on both nutritional changes, motivation, and workouts that are catered to you / she is the best trainer I have worked with (I have had countless gym memberships, CrossFit memberships, personal trainers) She prioritizes a personalized approach, she is knowledgeable in weight training, pilates, yoga and much more! Today marks 1 month for weigh ins and I lost 11.3 lbs. She has added the motivation I was lacking and I recommend her personal training to anyone !

Mihaela is simply the best personal trainer I have ever had! She is incredibly knowledgeable and really loves working with older adults. Mihaela corrects you if you are doing an exercise improperly so that you avoid injuring yourself. I really appreciated this since I am in my early 70’s and have a number of spine and wrist issues. She modifies and individualizes the exercises based on these limitations. I live in Florida most of the year but I plan on working with Mihaela when I return in May! I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

I would choose all of the qualities above not just three. For my 70th birthday, I decided to treat myself to a personal trainer and the "gift" I received was Mihaela of Q Life Fitness. She is a joy to spend time with and makes the hour of "working out" fly by! Mihaela has (and continues each week) to fine tune the routine just to ME. I know that I am getting stronger but what is most important is that I will be able to incorporate the varied exercises, (a little yoga, barre, along with cardio and the "really hard stuff" LOL) into my life after our sessions are finished. Mihaela is an incredible trainer. She is working with both myself and my husband with yoga. We have been working with her for 2 months. I am also doing Barre with her. She pushes me to my limit every workout. She introduced me to a variety of exercise techniques and then we narrowed it down to where she could help me the most.

Mihaela is an absolutely amazing yoga instructor and a lovely person! Not only is she knowledgeable, experienced and thorough, she is flexible, patient, friendly and a joy to be around after a tiring day at work. I look forward to my personal yoga lessons twice a week. She makes each session suitable to my needs and I love how she is always asking me to ‘listen to my body’. Through her guidance I have learnt not to force myself into postures but connect with a calm breath. I started to believe that yoga is not just about practicing poses but is a change in lifestyle, it’s about our everyday lives, our current and future well being and the ‘something’ we do for ourselves! After a few sessions I already feel stronger and more connected to myself. She is wonderful! I highly recommend her lessons.

    How I work with new clients: 1. Initial Consultation (20–30 min): A private meeting/video/phone call to get to know you, discuss your goals, and review any limitations or injuries. This helps me design a personalized program that fits your lifestyle and needs. 2. Commitment to a Training Block: To ensure meaningful progress and safety, I work with clients in minimum blocks of 10 sessions, typically scheduled 2–3 times per week. Shorter or sporadic sessions are rarely effective for lasting results. 3. First Session: We begin your personalized program the following week after our initial consultation. Each session is designed to be private, focused, and results-driven. Payment: Payment for the first training block is due at the start of your first session.
