I have studied architecture under Mies van der Rohe and received a post-graduate degree from MIT. I began my career as a designer of projects for one of the two largest firms in Chicago and in 1969 began my own firm - my firm was relocated to Connecticut in 2010. My projects have been built from the Mississippi to the Atlantic winning awards and receiving publication. My specialties are new or added on to buildings that feature openness and light, and historic buildings for restoration, adaptive reuse, and additions.. I love to solve challenges in the most innovative and least costly way that also provide a design that is pleasing to the client. Client satisfaction at the end of the project is more important than any other return.
