What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we have to go for CEU's every 2 years and CPR.. Most of the time we go over our ceu points, because there are so many informative and new things to learn..I go to seminar, weekend fitness conferences and online studies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is my story, I was 35 years old and just had 2 children and had survived 10 years of remission from breast cancer. My girlfriend and I were stay at home mom and very grateful for that and we decided to go to a gym and workout. We met a man name Harry who was a certified weight training consultant, with forty years in the sport. We hired him and trained with him for 5 years. He taught me the principles of weight training through practical experience.. He quoted" You can expect much positive feed back from the clients that will be under the umbrella of this reliable person" God Rest His Soul, He has passed but was my mentor.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Three Years ago, i introduce the TRX system to my clients and the gym, we have on going classes that clients pay for a small fee and get personal time wiith me.. My style has been sucessful.
